Ive been training with Sean for approximately a year. When I started training with him I had a minor foundation in training like an athlete for strength and hypertrophy. He started from the basics and we have worked up to hitting all kinds of Personal Records. He helped me learn more about the importance of nutrition and how that correlates to optimizing your training. Sean’s very dedicated to his clients.
